Scott DeLuzio
Senior Consultant
Scott has a unique, diverse background which has been influenced by his time on the shop floor at Danaher’s Jake Brake Division, the birthplace of the modern Lean movement and the Danaher Business System. In addition to manufacturing, Scott is degreed in business and accounting with experience in the financial, insurance, and software development fields. He is the founder of Amplify Plugins, where he applied his Lean skills to develop and rapidly launch software products, ensuring that the quality of his products were “designed-in” throughout the development stage.
Scott also served six years with the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2010. During Scott’s time in the military, he learned the importance of strong leadership and the discipline to adhere to strict standards, both of which are crucial to a successful Lean transformation.
