Kevin Mathis

Kevin has held multiple leadership positions in Operations and General Management, where he gained first-hand real-life experience utilizing lean tools to lead successful business transformations. Kevin began his lean journey at Danaher Corporation in 1991, where he led a lean transformation and implementation of the Danaher Business System at Hennessy Industries, implementing the first mixed-model production line within Danaher. He then continued his lean development at HNI Corporation, where he held several progressive leadership positions in Operations, Supply Chain, and General Management. Kevin’s operations have twice been recognized for the Shingo Prize for operational excellence. Kevin received extensive training and mentoring from Taiichi Ohno’s Autonomous Study Group.
