Jon is a seasoned manufacturing & supply chain leader with 40 years of industrial experience. Jon holds multiple engineering degrees with a tool-and-die apprenticeship. Since 1991, Jon has held leadership positions in one of the world’s largest industrial companies (market cap $125Bn USD). Jon has a global presence and has conducted business in more than 70 countries. For the last 20 years, Jon has held executive-level leadership positions at both corporate and business levels across multiple industries and product portfolios. Jon’s key roles have ranged from Plant Manager with 1000+ employees and shipping $2 Bn USD/Yr to Lean Transformation Leader generating cash (inventory) and cost savings in excess of $1.6 Bn USD in recent years.
