In partnership, we implemented our growth-critical strategy deployment process, which revealed the client’s “vital” need for a New Dealer Acquisition Process that could increase sales by 30%. Through the power of a cross-functional team of associates comprised of IT, manufacturing, sales, and administrative professionals, we designed and implemented a common process and specialized program tools for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting candidates as well as integrating and incentivizing new hires.
