Project Summary

After three years of declining sales exacerbated by skyrocketing raw material costs with no relief in sight, Astron Buildings, the European leader in industrial steel buildings, stood at the crossroads. In partnership, we implemented our growth-critical strategy deployment process, which revealed the client’s “vital” need for a New Dealer Acquisition Process that could increase sales by 30%. Through the power of a cross-functional team of associates comprised of IT, manufacturing, sales and administrative professionals, we designed and implemented a common process and specialized program tools for identifying, evaluating and recruiting candidates as well as integrating and incentivizing new hires. The New Dealer Acquisition Process is now the standard for the company’s European facilities. Following are representative results:
