Roger Burghall Bio

Roger Burghall is the Managing Director, Europe with Lean Horizons Consulting. He has been a practitioner in Lean Sigma transformation and Quality Improvement since 1991 in both industry and consulting roles and has a track record of managing rapid business and operational process improvement within a diverse range of domestic and international market sectors and cultures.

Originally trained in Continuous Improvement in the Aerospace & Automotive industries, Mr. Burghall continued his Lean Six Sigma development with GEC, Westland, GKN and PTC where he led a global Lean Six Sigma deployment driving breakthrough improvements in product development, manufacturing, professional services and customer support. In addition he is a specialist in Lean New Product Development, Customer Experience Management and Change Management.

Mr. Burghall has an MBA from Cardiff Business School, UK.
